Moyle v Contra Costa County Web Site If you were booked on a charge not involving violence, drugs or weapons and strip searched at the Contra Costa County Juvenile Hall on or before September 15, 2005, and had not reached the age of 20 by June 8, 2005, you may be entitled to monetary compensation under a strip search Class Action Settlement.
